Turning up the heat on this gourmet grill

Challenge

Perilicious is a fast casual restaurant that specialises in peri peri food cooked over their signature charcoal grill. The Perilicious concept has been marinading for the best part of a decade without ever fully materialising and the brand identity has taken on a few forms during that time. With plans hotting up to open their first store in Lancaster in the summer of 2022, the owners came to Arobase to help develop and finesse the existing concept branding.

Solution

These guys had a passion for peri peri but it was the gourmet grill that had them glowing. The new colour palette is rich with a flame red, warming secondary colours and a textured, blue-hued charcoal. The flaming hot coals and fiery foods inspired the unique logo shape that has become a signature graphic device across menus, website, packaging and more.
